It looks like something is thrown into the dyno... maybe like a baseball.... watch closely right before it breaks.

Ok, I just re watched this 4 times and I still don't see the rear wheel turning on that bike - any one else?

That is the problem the rear wheel was locked up and machine couldn't handle the stress.
