I called today to get my total balance plus finance charges so I can payoff to remainder of my loan for my GSXR. Besides being difficult to get though to anyone, the representative I talked with told me it was impossible for them to give me that number (balance left + finance charges) because my account rolls over today, after 20 minutes of trying to convince the very chipper rep that I wanted to make a payment today, she told me she'd have to ask her supervisor if he could get the number, after brief hold she came back and told me the same thing but that her supervisor said the charges would be between $8 and $20. This company has been nothing but a headache. /rant

If you would have bought a SV, they would have given you a straight answer. But since you had a GSXR, they're messing with your head.

Better Business Bureau

There are places to complain about businesses to get stuff done. Call 'em back. Tell them you'll report them to the BBB if they can't figure your stuff out.

Then stick it to 'em if they don't straighten up.

BBB is a joke, its a voluntary compliance/membership thing, they have no force of law, in fact laws prevent them from reporting information about your company if you don't grant them permission

that's what it sounded like on the phone last time I talked to one of there representatives , in 35 years of being in business, you can't satisfy all your customers/clients all the time, I just till them that as far as I'm concern'd, if there's an issue, it's in the mind of the customer and if they'd like me to explain it to them again, I'd be glad to it at my regular consulting fee, please don't call me again unless you have money

Not only that, but companies *pay* to be listed on it, and getting rid of a bad record is basically as hard as telling them that you resolved whatever issue the person had with you.
