Re: What have you done to your Gladie today
Ok here is what I got done tonight......I did not install the heated grips because I am going to drop off the drag bar in the morning to be powder coated with my rear sets it should match the blue a bit more......The Dominator Duals are what I was hoping for the tear drop headlight will rest in peace in a box in the garage from now on.....The small arrow signals in the front blend nice the Stock signals were to big and had a mounting clamp that would not work in the brackets I used. I bought a set for the rear but they are pretty small and i like the feeling of having bigger signals that stick out a little more in the rear. Get to go watch the second half of the game now.

Re: What have you done to your Gladie today
I think you must be the first to do this mod and they look pretty good. I'm no good with electrics so i'm leaving well alone.

Re: What have you done to your Gladie today
Well done Chef.....we are all becoming quite the modification experts...put us all in one room and we could create magic.
My side covers and "new" front guard have been delivered to the painters. I am watching the mail box for my "new" wheel and axle to arrive - then its operation front end conversion. Also Chef - i love the headlight set up (tapping chin thinking thinking hmmmm) |

here's some pics of the pazzo's fitted Wed. They are very small for my hands - just getting used to them!
![]() ![]() more pics in photobucket http://s854.photobucket.com/albums/a.../gladis_pazzo/ have been fine tuning the scorpion exhaust by drilling hole in end of baffle, today enlarged to 6mm, sound is now just right!

I removed footrest hangers, footrests, and grab handles ready for powder coating next weekend. I also started her up for 10 mins. It was a bit of a faff on removing the right hand hanger. Not looking forward to reinstalling when i get them back from the powder coaters.

Re: What have you done to your Gladie today
recorded the scorpion exhaust with the 6mm drilled baffle. Sounds pretty much like the other two scorpion recordings, trouble is it distorts so you lose the differences in volume. Anyway you can hear that it's a bit gruffer than scorpion with original baffle. The guy at scorpion suggested I drill out the closed end of the baffle, gradually enlarging the hole till I had the desired effect. Would be easy to get another baffle from them if went too far.
It's on the exhaust page of http://www.sfv.org.uk I went in to Saltire Suzuki a few weeks back to record the Yosh exhaust but that bike hasn't been PDI'd so hasn't ever been started! They said they'd let me know when they had it running, but I guess that could be some months. Anyone in Scotland with the Yosh exhaust?
