I can't listen to it from work, but maybe valve adjustments are needed?

I got lazy last night - had shoulder surgery last friday and just packed myself in ice and slept heh - hint if it sounds like keys rattling it's a cam chain, ticking is usually valves, knock knock knock is usually rod bearings in the lower half....

Oh god its all three!

But seriously I'm think its something just being obliterated internally.

Good thing I have a fresh engine coming my way. Getting too and from work is starting to be as slow as if i was in my van because im babying it so much.

that noise is the rod bearing.
it sounds like it just started making the noise.
its exactly what both of my motors sounded like
