Re: Cerro Noroeste/Ojai Loop
I would fill up at the 76 at the intersection of HWY 150 and HWY 33 and then fill up again at the intersection of Lockwood Valley and HWY 92 (cerro noroeste) - turn right at this intersection and there's a station less than a mile down on your right. That will give you plenty of fuel to get back to that original 76 station.
Road Conditions:
150 - only a little dusty between Lake Cachuma and Ojai
33 - clean except for the hairpin at the beginning that takes you back over the mountains
Lockwood Valley - Not so good, but not bad enough that you'll crash, just go easy.
Cerro Noroeste - like a racetrack, perfect.
