Thanks for the advice. When I went over there on Sunday I asked to see it started cold. I'd do the same if I go to see it again. He says it took five kicks...we'll see if I check it out. The starter is shot, so electric start is a no-go until that's replaced.

I'm still not sure I should be buying it anyway. There's still my dad's sporty that I could mess with, I just can't do everything I want to it since everything need to be able to be put back to stock condition.
