Yes, I bought a helmet from them. They were very professional and helpful over the phone and the shipping was fast. That's the only time I've ever dealt with them.

I bought some Sliders jeans from them. The experience was unremarkable -- which isn't a bad thing in my book.

but, the .com stuff is not returnable/exchanged at the Store Comp Accs in Springfield, Oh..

never had a prob with either, found out when i asked about the Miline leather pants and she said " we don't carry those, are those from the catalog/.com??, were not ...blahblahblah.."

just thought it was funny.. same name and all... the .com changes EVERYTHING!!lolol
