The Epic Travels of Mighty Mouse!!!!!

So for those of you who were not at the rally, I will fill you in on the background of this little fella.

Mouse Tracking:
*Fluke323
*Zuki
*Suzanne
*ASCSurveyor
*Ranger
*Frick
*Nudist/Nudista
*J-Dog

But first, here is the goal and a few guidelines:
-Mighty Mouse started in NY, but made his debut at Deals Gap for this years rally, so he is to return for the rally next year.
-Goal is for him to reach the West Coast and back in said amount of time.
-He is to be passed from one SVRider to another as he makes his way along his journey.
-He should be passed by hand, but can be mailed if necessary to those who wish to help him along on his trip.
-Each person that receives him should take a few photos of him doing whatever sv related task he is helping you with, whether that is going for a ride, wrenching, checking out gear, etc....
-He likes people, so lets get him to as many people as we can by next year!
-Please be kind to Mighty Mouse!

So here's the story. It was the monday night before the rally, and I had just finished packing my bike for the ride the next morning. I had been thinking about it, and decided it would be good luck to bring a mascot with us to help us on our way. Being that I'm not a adolescent girl, I didn't have much to choose from. I cannot remember right now why, but MM was a gift from a girl a while back, and she must have been significant enough for me to keep him for this long, but as of right now, she is slipping my mind. Regardless, I figured he should be important for another reason........

He woke up at 3 AM with me and headed off to meet forzaSV, and to head out to PA to meet up with Mikazee to trailer down to deals gap. He got alittle sore, so we stopped at a rest stop and took a break around 8.

Soon after, the bikes were loaded in the trailer, and we were off!

But it wasnt before we ran into trouble, but MM was there to over see the radiator replacement.

So after long last, MM arrived at deals gap. And don't let spandex suit and cape fool ya......MM can ride. He may have even been the first super hero to slay the dragon!

So once he had achieved his goal of ripping the twisities, the only thing left to do was sit back and have a few drinks with the guys. But it wasn't long before he got drunk and had to be carried around all night by one of our members........er......uh.....who will not be named to prevent relation ;D Oh yea......he is not affiliated with the Rough Riders, even tho the hand signs infer otherwise.

The rally then ended, and my adventure was over.......but for Mighty, his had just begun. There was nothing else I could do, but to wish him luck on his journey, and pass him to the next person in line.

Zuki stepped up to the plate, and brought MM north of the border, up to Cana Adia. I can only hope that he enjoyed some french fries and gravy while on his visit.

When MM arrived to Canada he had to much work to do and didn't get to ride. Our roads suck anyway so after riding the gap it would have been a disappointment.

Next it was time to install a front rim on the project bike so after finding the right socket the wrenching began.

So he got all excited, had some red bull and got geared up.....only to find out it was raining.

So after his adventure up north, MM and I were reunited in Lexington Ohio, for the AMA races........pictures to come

As Orangegilly had stated, MM did spent sometime in the car.......but it was only for 1 night, he was tired after his long trip.

He had a good time with Zuki up north in the Cana Adia, and was now ready to watch the race. And he, like the rest of us, was very ****** that Roger Hayden DNF two races due to mechanical failure.

He spent the rest of the weekend with us, browsing the venders, attempting to pick up chicks with me in the suzuki tent, and watching the races with some of his closest and dearest friends.

About halfway thru the weekend, MM was then passed along to the next of his hosts, Suzanne! She made sure that he didn't miss any of the action, and he even hung out while she was taking picture on the right hander at the end of the second stretch.

After that, and all the good bye, we each headed on on our separate ways, but since we had to head to I71 the same way, I followed, and caught one last glimpse of my friend before he went on his way.

Ok, so last Saturday, I went to the aquarium... for the first time in about a month. Indy trip, being lazy, and other things kept me away, so...

MM and I made a truce, since our last "encounter". I think we all remember that... and need to remember that I was the one that had the upper hand, but let him win to feel better about himself.

Truck Monkey, he travels when in the truck, came from a mutual friend. And most know Mr. Buzzlebee, he rode the dragon several times last year, including a night run with Nudist.

We did some work on the bike tonight. He helped me wire in the power for the gps and then tested the mount.

hmmmmm. yeah it is like 324 miles, I'm 40 minutes north of nashville. I want to tow the bike in case of something bad (old boy scout in me) but at the same time I want to see how I do with that kind of mileage. Yesterday I did a 4 hour run and felt great afterwards, and those were some INTENSE roads.

At some point I'd love to see MM on top of a phalanx. That would be the current weapon system I work with.
