Kobe jackets/pants...info

1888fastlap sells them but they directed me to their ebay auctions. I love the look of the Kobe Dragon jacket but it isn't much good if I can't find pants in my size which they had none listed. While I am waiting for their reply, i figured I would ask if anyone here knows of another retailer or if another brand of pants works with these jackets.

I have the Dragon Breeze jacket and pants. They (only) use a standard 8" zipper in the back. I have zipped my Joe Rocket jackets to these pants with no problems, so I would guess JR pants would work, as long as they didn't change the zippers they use.

Worst case, you could sew the two extra zipper strips together to make an 'adapter.' That's what I did with one of my pairs of Fieldsheer pants to work with my jackets, but then I bought another pair of FS pants, and the zipper design had been changed on the new pants. That's right, 2 pairs of fieldsheer pants, and they use different zippers on each. *******s. :BangHead:

8 inch only? Hrm, I really wanted full circumference. I wonder why I thought that it was a full zipper. I was hoping to be able to use this get up for track days and think I really should have full circ. for that. NM then.

****it, they are offering such a good price it is hard to pass. What jacket is matching their pants. That should allow me to match a pair of JR pants to the jacket. I wonder if a full circumference could be installed by a good suit maker...

When a jacket is sized at a 38, does that usually leave room for a back protector for someone who is a true 38?
