Has anyone tried installing an 06 GRSX 1000 shock on a 2nd gen? I know the 04 is supposed to does wonders, and after glancing through the shock swap threads, I cannot find any info on the 06.

From the center of the top mount to the center of the bottom mount, it's roughly 13" which translates to 330.2mm give or take a few (if this is indeed from an '06)....I think the '04-'05's were somewhere around 332mm, so the '06 may be a tad shorter.
