The front of our group ended up hitting a dog on Saturday. I'm sorry but I am spacing on the member's name - someone please remind me. He managed to keep the bike upright but his JBWelded rearset (from another day) snapped off again in the middle of BFE. The dog did not fair well.

Those that watched John and Nate giving people 2 Up Dragon rides on that VFR, will likely find that statement as comical as I do. Well, everyone but Kelly. I think she finally took it away from them after they ground the peg feelers off, a hole in the fairing, and started grinding on the header pipe.

Soon as he was out of sight, he drug some hard parts, side stand I think, and had to stand the bike up a bit, ran himself right into the ditch. Actually, to hear him tell it, e almost rode right out and back onto the road, but a rock stopped him and he fell over.

Damage was limited to some scratches, a cracked flyscreen, and a broken mirror.

That's me. :) And that's the grill I bought in Marysville. I duct taped it to the passenger seat, it worked much better than I thought it would.

A Bunch of Lotus (Lotuses? Lotii?) At the new Chevron. Apparently they were frightened by the hordes of Zombies at the CRoT earlier and ran towards the Skyway to seek safety

I passed them at an overlook on a Skyway while they stopped for a photo-op. I pulled in a few miles further down to soak in the scenery and heard them chasing a Harley towards me.

Rocklax - yeah, I went through all 4 photo sites last night, and counted 160 pics of me on their sites... Wow. It's going to be really hard to pick a handful of them out to buy.

Half of my runs were before the cameras showed up in the morning.

.....And they were also before most of the traffic showed up. It's a whole lotta fun when you can run the whole thing and not encounter anyone slowpoking in front of you. :D

My thoughts as well - if I went it was going to be to drink beer and set at a cabin for a few days; not really worth an 800 mile round trip. Last year I had more fun to & from the Dragon.
